摘要
本研究分析了目前某公立专科医院经济合同采购的特点及在合同管理中存在的问题,并从加强制度建设、加强预算管理及采购论证、明确会签职责、加强合同履行及档案管理几方面提出了防范措施。
This study analyzed the characteristics and the risks of financial contract in one public specialized hospital,and lots of specific measures were raised,such as strengthening system construction,budget management and procurement argumentation,clearing responsibility,and perfecting contract execution and filling.
