化疗期乳腺癌病人症状群及其影响因素调查研究

Investigation on symptoms group and its influencing factors in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy

[目的]调查化疗期乳腺癌病人症状群发生情况及其生活质量,分析影响症状群的因素。[方法]选取128例化疗期乳腺癌病人作为研究对象,采用横断面调查研究方法,采用一般资料调查表、记忆症状评估量表(MSAS)、乳腺癌生活质量量表(FACT-B)进行调查。[结果]乳腺癌化疗期病人存在4个症状群,分别为精神心理症状群、消化道症状群、激素相关性症状群、自我形象紊乱症状群;生活质量得分与症状群得分呈负相关;年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭月收入、有无医保、肿瘤分期、化疗方案、工作状况、化疗次数及有无其他慢性疾病是影响症状群的因素。[结论]乳腺癌病人化疗期存在多种症状,相互协同、强化,医护人员要正确认识症状群,减轻病人的症状负担,提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the occurrence of symptom group and their quality of life in patients with breast cancer,and to analyze the factors influencing the symptoms group.Methods：A total of 128 patients with breast cancer were selected as the subjects by using cross-sectional investigation and research methods,and investigation was conducted by using the General Information Questionnaire,Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale（MSAS）,and the Function Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast（FACT-B）.Results：There were four symptom groups in the patients with breast cancer in chemotherapy stage,including psychosomatic symptoms group,digestive tract symptom group,hormone-related symptom group and self-image disorder group.Quality of life scores were negatively correlated with symptom group scores.Age,marital status,educational level,family income,medical insurance,tumor stage,chemotherapy regimen,working condition,number of chemotherapy and other chronic diseases or not are factors affecting the symptom group.Conclusions：Breast cancer patients have a variety symptoms during chemotherapy,mutual coordination,strengthening.Medical staff should correctly understand the symptoms of groups,reduce the burden of patients with symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.
