摘要
从流体兼容性、气体渗透系数、抗起泡性能和使用寿命等方面研究聚乙烯材料在海洋复合软管中的适用性。结果表明:相同介质条件下,XLPE可兼容使用的温度较HDPE高30℃,且抗起泡能力高于HDPE;相同温度下,CO_2在XLPE材料中的渗透系数高于CH_4;使用时间和环向应力之间相互试算,通过耐静液压方程确定使用寿命或其能够承受的应力。在保证20年的使用寿命下,HDPE在输水管道的可使用温度为60℃,输油和输气管道的可使用温度/压力为50℃/9 MPa,XLPE可使用温度/压力为90℃/17.5 MPa。
The applicability of polyethylene which is selected as the internal pressure sheath or external sheath materials is investigated through the fluid compatibility,fluid permeation,blistering resistance and ageing property.The compatibility temperature for XLPE is 30 ℃ higher than HDPE under the same medium condition,and the blistering resistance of XLPE is superior to HDPE.The permeability coefficient of CO_2 for XLPE is higher than that of CH_4 at the same temperature.The lifetime and stress can be determined by hydrostatic pressure equation.To guarantee 20 years of service life,the safe applicable temperature of HDPE for water pipe is 60 ℃,and safe applicable temperature/pressure for oil and gas pipe are 50℃/9 MPa.The safe usable temperature/pressure for XLPE are 90℃/17.5 MPa for water,oil or gas pipe.
