不同因素下芦苇应力松弛特性试验及分析

摘要 芦苇的压缩特性对其压缩后生成的成品质量、生产工艺过程以及生产设备性能都有比较重要的影响.本文通过对芦 苇进行压缩特性试验,分析在不同含水率、喂入量等因素的影响下,芦苇的压缩松弛应力与各因素之间的关系,得出应力与各因 素之间的关系曲线,并用最小二乘法得出芦苇压缩特性拟合方程.研究结果表明,芦苇松弛应力随含水率降低而增加,随喂入量 增大而增加,芦苇压缩模型表达式符合粘弹性材料的应力松弛特性的数学模型. The compression features of reeds have significant influence on the product quality, production process and equipment performance of the reed compressing process. By testing reed’s compression features, this article analysed the relationship between reed’s compressive stress relaxation level and different factors, such as the level of water content or the feeding amount. While the article de-monstrated the curve of the relationship, and composed a fitting equation for the reed's compressive character. As the results suggested, the stress level increased along with the drop of the moisture level and the raise of the feeding amount, thus confirmed the availability of the mathematical model of the stress relaxation characteristics of viscoelastic materials to this topic.
