水液压柱塞泵柱塞副材料实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以水液压柱塞泵为试验对象,采用17-4PH和1Cr17Ni2两种不锈钢材料与碳纤维增强型聚醚醚铜(CFRPEEK)作为柱塞副配对材料,进行整机的性能试验,并测量了柱塞副试验前后的尺寸变化,对比分析了两种配对副材料的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明,柱塞副材料为1Cr17Ni2/CFRPEEK的水泵容积效率、机械效率和总效率均高于柱塞副材料为17-4PH/CFRPEEK的水泵,1Cr17Ni2的耐磨性优于17-4PH,且CFRPEEK缸套比不锈钢柱塞更耐磨。总的来说,1Cr17Ni2/CFRPEEK摩擦副的摩擦学性能优于17-4PH/CFRPEEK的摩擦副。 The machine performance of water hydraulic piston pumps whose piston pairs are made of 174PH/CFRPEEK and 1Cr17Ni2/CFRPEEK are studied. The sizes of the piston and cylinder sleeve are measured before and after tests. The tribological properties of two kinds of pairing materials are investigated. The results show that the efficiency of the pump by the use of 1Cr17Ni2/CFRPEEK as piston pairs is higher than that using 174PH/CFRPEEK. The abrasion resistance of 1Cr17Ni2 is better than that of 174PH when paired with CFRPEEK. In addition, the abrasion resistance of the CFRPEEK cylinder sleeves is better than that of the 1Cr17Ni2 or 174PH pistons. Generally, the 1Cr17Ni2/CFRPEEK shows better tribological performance than 174PH/CFRPEEK in water hydraulic piston pump.
