摘要
自升式平台是进行海上油气资源开发、海上风电场建设等海上工程的重要装备。自升式平台事故一般会造成平台重要承载结构——桩腿的损坏。高效地维修损伤桩腿,使平台尽快恢复作业能力成为业内关注的重点。回顾了近年来自升式平台的穿刺事故情况,简要介绍了自升式平台穿刺事故的成因,探讨了平台事故后的检验、检测手段和常规维修方法。以某自升式平台事故后的维修为例,通过利用有限元软件的分析结果制订了高效、可行的桩腿修复方案,并得以验证。研究结果对今后自升式平台桩腿的维修具有一定的指导意义。
Jack-up rig is very important to offshore oil and gas exploration,offshore wind turbine farm construction and other offshore projects.According to the statistics,most accidents of jack-up rigs result in jack-up rig leg damage.It's concerned how to repair a damaged leg rapidly so the jack-up rig can return to its duty as soon as possible.The cases of jack-up rig punch-through accidents in recent years and corresponding causes are introduced in this paper,the inspection and detection methods and conventional repair methods are discussed.How to make a feasible and efficient repair plan with FEA is studied based on a real case.The FEA methodology is verified effective.The study results will give some guidance to other jack-up rig leg repair projects.
