摘要
乙二醇(MEG)在天然气田生产作业中一般被注入到井口及天然气管道初始端,用于防止和减少天然气水合物的产生。某深水气田平台导管架底部的乙二醇立管专用接头及其压帽在安装过程中发现严重倾斜,使得接头压帽如何拆卸成了大难题,影响到后续的跨接管安装及整个施工工期。经过计算机模拟研究和陆地试验,并采用潜水员作业和浮袋提升的方法,最终拆卸了严重倾斜的专用接头压帽,使后续跨接管的海上安装作业得以继续进行。
Monoethylene glycol(MEG) is widely used to prevent or reduce hydrate formation in subsea pipelines for gas field production,and it is normally injected into the wellhead and the pipeline initial end from platform.It is found that the MEG riser bottom connecting hub and its flooding cap at a certain deepwater jacket have serious inclination,which leads to big difficult problem for flooding cap removal.The problem affects the subsequent jumper installation and even the whole construction period.Therefore,the computer simulation analysis and land trial are conducted,then the way of flooding cap removal by diving operation and installing floating bag is applied.The flooding cap was finally removed.
