摘要
涠洲终端负压闪蒸原油稳定系统中的负压压缩机运行在其排量范围的上限,原油的闪蒸温度和含水显著影响塔顶气量。通过大量计算,分析了涠洲终端负压闪蒸工艺对温度的敏感性,塔顶气量增大过程中临界点的出现印证了含水对塔顶气量的影响,同时温度和含水率也显著影响了塔底原油质量。对温度影响曲线进行拟合,发现温度敏感性与温度为线性关系,含水率影响该直线的斜率。提出了利用控制脱水深度来控制塔顶气量的方法。
The negative pressure compressor in crude oil vacuum flash evaporation stabilizing system of Weizhou Terminal runs in the upper limit of displacement range.The gas flow at the tower top is significantly influenced by the flash temperature and water content of oil.Massive calculations are done to analyze the sensitivity of temperature and water content.There is a turning point of gas flow,which confirms the influence of water content on gas flow.Temperature and water content affect obviously the quality of oil at the tower bottom as well.It is found by the temperature curve fitting that the sensitivity of temperature is linearly proportional to temperature,and water content influences the slope of the fitted straight line.The method is proposed to control the gas flow by controlling the depth of dehydration.
