摘要
在冬季进行高压管道水压试验时易发生冰冻堵管、材料冷脆等高风险问题。以新疆某16万t/a产能的1,4-丁二醇总承包项目中氢气压缩工序的高压加氢管道冬季压力试验为例,针对冬季管道水压试验难点和风险,采取了四种措施:其一,在液态试压介质水中按1∶1比例添加乙二醇,降低液体的冰点;其二,引蒸汽盘管进入临时储存试验介质的储罐中,以提高试验介质的温度;其三,用接通蒸汽的耐高温橡胶软管缠绕在试验管道和设备外壁,进行临时保温;其四,除需要外露的检查部位外,管件采用保温棉进行临时包裹等措施。通过采用这些措施,顺利完成加氢管道的冬季水压试验,实现了风险可控制、操作性强、不延迟施工进度的目的。
There often are the high-risk problems of freezing pipe blockage and material cold shortness in hydraulic tests in winter for high pressure pipeline.In the hydraulic test for the high pressure hydrogenated pipeline of the 160 000 t/a BDO EPC project in Xinjiang,the following measures are adopted to solve key difficult problems in the hydraulic test:(1) adding glycol into water with the ratio of 1∶1 to reduce water freezing point;(2) putting steam coil into a tank for temporarily storing water to increase water temperature;(3) twining the high temperature resistant rubber hose filled with steam around the external walls of test pipeline and other equipment to perform temporary thermal insulation;(4) wrapping pipe fittings with insulation wool temporarily,except the places needing exposed for inspection.Through the implementation of these measures,the hydraulic test for high pressure hydrogenated pipeline is achieved with controllable risks,strong operability and on schedule.
