摘要 旁站、巡视和平行检验是实施建设工程监理的三种方式,平行检验是工程监理在建设工程中进行质量控制的关键手段之一,工程类别不同,平行检验的范围和内容也不同。调研了平行检验方式在国内外监理工程的应用现状,阐述了研发监理平行检验技术的必要性和迫切性,编制了《石油天然气建设工程监理平行检验技术规范》,建立了石油天然气建设工程监理平行检验技术的专业框架体系,覆盖16个专业工程,解决了当前监理平行检验中无统一的技术标准问题。若干重大工程的实践证明该技术应用效果良好。 Key works supervising,patrol inspecting and parallel testing are the three ways to implement construction engineering supervision.Parallel testing is one of key means of implementing quality control of construction engineering.The scope and content of parallel testing change with different category of engineering.The current status of application of parallel testing mode in domestic engineering supervision is investigated,the necessity and urgency of conducting research and development of parallel testing technology are summarized,the "Technical code of parallel testing for oil and gas construction engineering supervision" is complied.The professional frame of parallel testing for oil and gas construction engineering supervision is established,which covers 16 items of professional engineering,therefore the problem of no unified technical standard of parallel testing in current engineering supervision is solved.The applications of parallel inspection in several major engineering projects achieve perfect results.
