摘要 离心泵常用的控制方式有两种,即节流控制和变速控制。当离心泵下游用户全部为间歇用户或即使有连续用户但物料用量较少时,上述两种方法均不再适用。以海上某石油平台淡水泵的控制为例,通过在泵出口设置压力罐,使下游用户依靠压力罐补给物料的方式,既节能又延长泵的使用寿命。 Both throttling regulation and variable-frequency regulation were usually used in centrifugal pump's flow control. When the whole down streams of the centrifugal pump are intermittent users or the continuous users' material consumption is not even more, the control schemes mentioned above shouldn't be adaptable any more. Taking fresh water pump's flow control method used in some offshore oil platform as an example, down stream users were supplied water by the pressurized vessel layout at the pump outlet, which method is not only energy conservation but also increasing pump's life span.
