井口智能防盗装置的研制与试验

摘要 在油井生产过程中,由于井口的结构分散、防盗性能不强等原因,导致从井口的取样阀门、压力表接头等位置偷盗原油的现象时有发生。为了提高采油井口的防盗性能,研制并试验了刷卡式智能防盗装置。该装置是基于物联网RFID技术研制,通过井口智能装置与数字化平台远程控制的方法,实现对取样、更换压力表、连接工艺接头等操作进行远程控制。目前已安装试验3口井,现场应用效果良好,不仅操作简单,防盗性能好,而且充分与数字化系统结合,提升了管理水平。 In the oil production process, due to the structure of the wellhead dispersion, antitheft performance is not strong and other reasons, resulting from the wellhead sampling valve, pressure gauge joints and other positions to steal the phenomenon of crude oil has occurred. In order to improve the anti-theft performance of oil wellhead, we developed and tested the credit card intelligent anti-theft device. The device is based on the development of Internet of things RFID technology, through the wellhead swipe card and digital platform remote control method, to achieve the team sampling, replacement pressure gauges, connecting process joints and other operations for remote control. At present, there are three wells in the trial area of oilfield, and the field application is effective. It is not only simple in operation, good in anti-theft performance, but also fully integrated with digital system to improve the management level.
