摘要
【目的】研究采收前不同生长调节剂处理对‘索邦’百合切花保鲜效果的影响,以期拓展百合切花的保鲜途径。【方法】以东方百合‘索邦’为试验材料,采收前分别喷施25mg/L Promalin(有效成分为6-BA和GA4+7,二者各占1.8%)和30μL/L 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)以及二者的复合溶液(25mg/L Promalin+30μL/L 1-MCP),以未喷施任何物质为对照,24h后采收进行瓶插试验,定期测定花枝寿命、单花寿命、最大花径、花枝开花率、叶片枯萎率、鲜质量增加率、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量及丙二醛含量,比较3个处理对百合切花的保鲜效果。【结果】与对照相比,Promalin处理可增加百合切花最大花径、延缓叶片衰老、促进水分平衡,显著降低各阶段乙烯释放量;1-MCP处理则能够抑制百合切花开花进程;3个处理均能够不同程度降低百合切花呼吸强度,减缓丙二醛含量的增加,延长切花的花枝寿命和单花寿命,其中以复合处理作用最为显著。【结论】25mg/L Promalin和30μL/L 1-MCP复合处理对‘索邦’百合保鲜具有叠加效应,能够延长切花寿命,提高切花品质。
【Objective】The effect of different growth regulation agents on fresh-keeping of cut flower‘Sorbonne’lily was studied to expand the preservation of lily cut flowers.【Method】In this experiment,oriental lily‘Sorbonne’was tested with 25 mg/L Promalin(mixture containing 1.8% 6-BA+1.8%GA4+7),30μL/L 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP),and their mixed solution(25 mg/L Promalin+30μL/L1-MCP)on the day before harvest.The control did not spray any substance.The cut flowers were collected24 hours later to determine stem life,flower life,maximal diameter of flower,opening rate,leaf withering rate,change rate of fresh weight,respiration rate,ethylene production and malondialdehyde(MDA)of cut flowers.Then,the effects of different treatments were compared.【Result】Compared with the control,Promalin treatment increased the maximal diameter of flower,delayed the senescence of leaves,promoted the water balance,and significantly reduced ethylene release at each stage.The opening process of cut flower was delayed by with 1-MCP treatment.All three treatments could inhibit respiration intensity,slow down the increase of MDA content,and extend stem life and flower life.The compound treatment had the mostsignificant effect.【Conclusion】Compound treatment with 25 mg/L Promalin and 30μL/L 1-MCP had additive effects on fresh-keeping of cut flower‘Sorbonne’lily,which could extend the vase life and improve the quality of cut flowers.
