功能经颅多普勒超声(fTCD)是研究脑功能的重要方法之一,主要是通过监测认知过程中的脑血流进行研究。尽管有视空间及记忆等方面的认知过程研究,而目前语言功能一直是研究的热点。文章主要对语言学的试验方法、评价指标、影响因素、临床进展方面进行阐述。

Functional transcranial Doppler ultrasonography （f-TCD） is a major way for studying the function of the brain through monitoring brain flow during the cognitive processes. Language function has always been the focus of research, although the visual space and memory were studied by different organizations. We expounded from four aspects：experimental methods, evaluation indicators, influencing factors and clinical processes.
