摘要
介绍了Sm-Co稀土永磁纳米颗粒的化学法和物理法制备技术,主要包括水热法、共沉淀法、多元醇还原法、溶胶-凝胶法及表面活性剂辅助球磨和机械合金化法等制备方法,并对它们的优缺点及研究进展进行分析,展望了稀土永磁纳米颗粒的发展趋势。
The chemical and physical preparation technologies of Sm-Co rare earth permanent magnetic nanoparticles were introduced, which included hydrothermal method, coprecipitation method, polyol reducing method, sol-gel method and surfactant assisted ball milling and mechanical alloying method. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods and research progress were analyzed. The development trend of rare earth permanent magnetic nanoparticles was looked forward.
