摘要
为找出国内外Inconel600合金在使用性能上存在的差异,采用扫描电镜及能谱仪对经高温处理的合金进行分析。结果表明:国内外合金夹杂物中微量元素的差异较大,国内合金中C、Ti、N、Si、Al、O的含量均比国外合金高,且分布不均匀。国内合金中还存在Mg、Ca、Ba、S和P等元素。国内合金的抗氧化性能较国外低。
In order to find out the performance difference of Inconel600 alloy in China and abroad, the alloys after high temperature treatment were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that trace elements in the inclusion of the alloy in China and abroad are different. The contents of C, Ti, N, Si, Al and O in the domestic alloy are higher than those of the foreign alloy. The distribution is uneven. There are Mg, Ca, Ba, S and P elements in the domestic alloy. The oxidation resistance property of the domestic alloy is lower than that of foreign alloys.
