42CrMo作为铝屑冲击破碎机甩刀替代材料的可行性研究

摘要 采用有限元软件分析了42Cr Mo甩刀工况的应力、应变状态。对42Cr Mo甩刀在4种不同热处理工艺下的力学性能、金相组织进行了分析。根据甩刀工况的磨损类型对其滑动磨损和冲击磨料磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,甩刀材料要求具有良好的综合力学性能,其应力、应变最大区域均在甩刀与销轴安装孔内,理论上最大应力为154MPa,最大变形为0.768 mm;经过1100℃×30 min油淬+450℃×1 h回火+770℃×30 min油淬+200℃×1 h回火处理后,42Cr Mo的综合力学性能最好,其硬度和冲击韧性均约为进口甩刀材料的93%;42Cr Mo的两体滑动磨损失量比进口甩刀材料高约10%,冲击磨料磨损失量比进口甩刀材料高约15%。考虑到经济性,以上述工艺处理后的42Cr Mo能够取代进口甩刀材料。 The stress and strain status of 42CrMo flail in working were analyzed by finite element software. The mechanical properties and microstructure of 42CrMo flail at four different heat treatment processes were analyzed. According to wear types of 42CrMo flail in working, the sliding wear and impact abrasive wear performance were researched. The results show that the flail material is required to have good comprehensive mechanical properties. The maximum stress and maximum strain areas are in the flail and pin mounting hole. The theoretical maximum stress is 154 MPa and the theoretical maximum deformation is 0.768 mm. The best mechanical properties can be obtained when 42CrMo is oil-quenched at 1100℃ for 30 rain and tempered at 450℃ for lh then oil-quenched at 770℃ for 30 rain and tempered at 200℃ for lh. The hardness and impact toughness are about 93% of imported flail material. The two sliding wear mass loss of 42CrMo is about 10% higher than that of imported flail material, and the impact abrasive wear mass loss of 42CrMo is about 15% higher than that of the imported flail material. In view of economy, 42CrMo after treated by the above heat treatment can be taken as an alternative material of imported flail.
