占空比对脉冲电镀Ni-Cr-Mo合金镀层的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Duty Cycle on Ni-Cr-Mo Alloy Coating Prepared by Pulse Electroplating

摘要 采用脉冲电镀法在Q235钢表面制备Ni-Cr-Mo合金镀层。利用辉光放电光谱仪(GDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和Tafel曲线考察了占空比对镀层元素含量、沉积速率、表面形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随占空比的增大,镀层镍、钼含量增大,铬含量减小,沉积速率减小;在3.5%Na Cl溶液和6.0%Fe Cl3溶液中,耐蚀性减弱。相比于6.0%Fe Cl3溶液,镀层在3.5%Na Cl溶液中耐蚀性更好。 Ni-Cr-Mo alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by pulse electroplating method. The effects of duty cycle on coating element content, deposition rate, surface morphology and corrosion resistance were investigated by glow discharge spectroscopy (GDS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Tafel curve. The results show that with the increase of duty cycle, Ni and Mo contents in the coating increase, but Cr content decreases ,and then, the deposition rate decreases. In 3.5% NaCl and 6.0% FeCI3 solutions, the corrosion resistance weakens. Compared with 6.0% FeCl3 solution, the coating has better corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution.
