摘要
制定了TBM(隧道掘进机)刀圈用DC53钢的热处理工艺:550℃×30 min、850℃×30 min预热→970/1000/1030/1060/1090℃×20 min淬火(60℃油淬)→550℃×1 h×2次回火。对比分析了不同温度淬火后的金相组织、晶粒度、硬度以及回火后的冲击韧度。结果表明,在1000~1030℃淬火,淬火马氏体组织较好,质量较高,综合力学性能最佳。结果能为DC53钢刀圈淬火工艺的优化提供参考。
The heat treatment process of DC53 steel for TBM (tunnel boring machine) cutter ring was constituted. It was preheating of 550 ℃ ×30 min/850 ℃ ×30 min---,quenching (60℃ oil quenching) of 970/1000/1030/1060/1090 ℃ ×20 min---- tempering of 550℃×1 h×2 times. The microstructure, the grain size and the hardness after quenching at different temperatures and the impact toughness after tempering were contrasted and analyzed. The results show that when quenching temperature is 1000-1030℃, the quenched martensite microstructure is better, the quality is higher, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best. The results can provide a reference for the optimization of quenching process of DC53 steel cutter rings.
