摘要
利用现场宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织分析及SEM和EDX分析等方法对某液硫池316L不锈钢蒸汽管失效部位进行失效原因分析与讨论。结果表明,该液硫池中316L不锈钢蒸汽管的化学成分、显微组织均符合标准。蒸汽管失效主要是由于硫酸对其产生严重腐蚀,连续的腐蚀最终造成断裂。
The analysis and discussion for the failure reason of 316L stainless steel used in the steam tubes of liquid sulfur tank was carried out by on-site inspections, chemical composition analysis, metallography analysis, SEM, EDX analysis and so on. The results show that the chemical composition and microstructure of 316L stainless steel in lignid sultur tank coincides with the related standards. The failure of the steam tubes is due to the severe corrosion which is caused by sulfuric acid, and the continuous corrosion can eventually lead to fracture.
