研究生学位授权审核是国务院学位委员会对高校及其学科是否具有培养研究生资格的审批行为,它对高校研究生教育质量起到入门把关的作用。在35年的学位授权审核法治化过程中,我国依法明确了学位授权审核主体,建立了系列性学位授权审核制度。根据相关法律法规,未来的中国学位授权审核必须在学位授权审核标准制定、授权审核主体权责规定、学位授权审核时间常态化、学位授权审核监督与问责制度建设等方面进行法治化改革。

Graduate degree-granting authorization and audit is an approval process that the Degree Committee of the State Council of the People＇ s Republic of China evaluates the qualification of cultivating graduate students of universities and disciplines. It can be regarded as a gate of graduate education quality. In the period of legalization of Chinese degreegranting authorization and audit in the past 35 years, the subject of accreditation and a series of degree authorization system were established by law. The development of Chinese degreegranting authorization and audit should turn the legalization of reform into realization from its standards, approval subjects＇ power and responsibility of the provision, auditing time of normalization, supervision and accountability system establishment, and the key work from before to after.
