高校辅导员共情能力的结构特征及其影响因素 被引量:5

The Structure Characteristics of College Counselors' Empathy Ability and Their Influencing Factors

摘要 共情能力是高校辅导员工作胜任特征的核心要素。对来自全国各地30余所高校的335名辅导员的调查结果表明:高校辅导员的共情能力由共情意识、共情思维和共情反馈三个维度构成;高校辅导员的共情能力整体上处于较高水平;高校辅导员的共情能力或其部分维度存在性别、工龄、年龄和职称上的显著差异;高校辅导员的人格特质与共情能力之间显著相关,其中严谨性、外倾性、神经质对共情能力的影响更为显著。 Empathy ability is the core factor of college counselors' job competence characteristics. Investigating 335 college counselors from different colleges and universities throughout the country, it showed that empathy ability of college counselors is divided into three dimensions: sense of empathy, comprehension of empathy and empathy feedback; empathy ability level of college counselors is higher on the whole; empathy ability of college counselors or part dimensions exist significant difference in the hierarchy variables of gender, length of service, age and professional title; there is significant relationship between college counselors' personality traits and their empathy ability, wherein, the influential effects of conscientiousness, extraversion and neuroticism on empathy ability are more significant.
