巴戟天寡糖对抑郁症患者血浆BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1水平的影响 被引量:29

Effects of morinda officinalis oligoseon on plasma levels of BDNF,GDNF,VEGF and IGF-1 in depressed patients

摘要 目的:了解巴戟天寡糖对抑郁症患者血浆脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)浓度的影响,探讨巴戟天寡糖治疗抑郁症前后BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1的浓度变化与其疗效的关系。方法:本研究入组符合ICD-10的轻中度抑郁症门诊患者32例。入组后单一巴戟天抗抑郁治疗,每2周访视1次,记录患者的抑郁症状及服药情况,共治疗8周,入组前后各采血1次,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血浆BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1水平,同时以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定患者的抑郁程度。结果:巴戟天寡糖抗抑郁治疗8周后,HAMD-17总分及各因子分显著降低(P<0.01);巴戟天寡糖治疗8周后,VEGF水平显著下降(Z=-2.354,P<0.05),BDNF和GDNF水平显著上升(Z=-4.157,P<0.01;Z=-4.345,P<0.01),而治疗前后IGF-1水平没有显著变化(Z=-0.901,P>0.05);治疗前后BDNF和GDNF浓度变化率与HAMD-17减分率呈正相关,其相关系数(r)分别为0.782(P<0.01)和0.456(P<0.05),而VEGF与IGF-1浓度变化率与HAMD-17减分率无关(分别为r=0.06,P>0.05;r=0.039,P>0.05)。结论:巴戟天寡糖可以改善BDNF,GDNF和VEGF的异常水平,但对IGF-1水平没有影响。 Objective: To investigate the effects of morinda officinalis oligose on plasma levels of BDNF,GDNF,VEGF and IGF-1 in depressed patients.Methods: This study included 32 patients with in mild to moderate depression (ICD-10 critreia).After entering the group,the patients were provided with antidepressant treatmentwith single Bajitian oligosaccharide capsule,being visited every two weeks to keep a record of depressive symptoms and medication.There are a total of 8 weeks of treatment in each group.And blood samplings are taken before and after the treatment.The BDNF GDNF,VEGF,IGF-1 levels are tested by ELISA adsorption methods,and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is employed to assess the patients' depression level.Results: After 8 weeks' treatment the HAMD-17 scores and each factor scores declined significantly compared with 0 week (W0) (P〈 0.01),the plasma levels of VEGF significantly declined (Z =-2.354,P 0.05),the levels of BDNF and GDNF significantly increased (Z =-4.157,P 0.01) (Z =-4.345,P 0.01),and the levels of IGF-1 was not significantly different with 0 week (Z =-0.901,P 0.05).The changes of plasma BDNF and GDNF levels were positively correlated with HAMD-17 reduction ratios (r = 0.782,P 〈 0.01; r = 0.456,P 〉 0.05),but no correlation was observed between VEGF and IGF-1 change ratio and HAMD-17 reduction ratio (r = 0.06,P 0.05; r = 0.039,P 〉 0.05).Conclusion: Morinda officinalis oligose can improve abnormal levels of BDNF,GDNF and VEGF,but has no effect on IGF-1 level.
