摘要 以玉米粉尘为实例,建立其爆炸模型,得到爆炸超压、伤亡区域等危害指标的数值仿真。并基于此,一同引入等电位技术和电气防爆选型设计。 Cornstarch dust belongs to combustibility of non electrical conductivity.Dust explosion occurs in a particular condition,which Heating reaction with oxygen in air and burning.An accident happens because of lightning,electrostatic discharge,non explosion proof electric,which needs to have integral preventive against hazard environment electric design concerning,lightning protection,ground connection,illumination and cable,which is naturally put forward.Firstly,the paper takes corn dust explosion for instance to result simulation of shock overpressure casualties region,so for by explosion model and numerical explosion.Based on this,both bonding and selection of electric are designed at the same time.
