摘要
以50t汽车起重机变幅液压系统为研究对象,基于AMEsim软件建立变幅液压系统仿真模型,以平衡阀中液控口阻尼孔和控制弹簧腔阻尼孔的动态平衡为切入点,进行仿真分析与研究,为液压起重机的优化设计提供参考。
Taking the hydraulic lifting system of a 50 ton truck crane as the object,it builds a simulation model of lifting system based on AMEsim software,analyzes the dynamic balance between the damping hole of the balance valve's hydraulic control port,studies the damping hole of the control spring cavity and simulates the breakthrough point.This provides reference for the optimization design of hydraulic crane.
