摘要
高等院校班主任制度是大学生管理和培养制度中的重要组成部分,该制度的实施对大学生思想政治教育发挥着不可或缺的作用。但目前高校班主任存在人员数量不足、结构不尽合理、综合素质相对较低等问题。明确班主任是大学生学习、思想、心理、生活的指导者的定位,通过充分发挥学生在班会中的主体作用、与学生进行一对一交流以及新型传媒工具运用等方式更好地开展工作。
The Class tutor system in universities is an important part of the management and training system of university students. The implementation of this system plays an iudispensahle role in the ideological and political education of university students, but there are also some problems such as insufficient teams, unreasonable structure and relatively low quality. Regarding these issues, the author thinks first of all it is necessary to define the Class tutor＇s role in universities. And secondly it should give full play to the main role of students in the class meet- ing, communicate with students one to one, and use new media tools to work better.
