城门山铜矿改性湖泥注浆工艺及堵水效果评价研究 被引量:7

摘要 矿山帷幕注浆领域注浆新材料的应用与研究一直是行业内所关注的重点,本文结合城门山铜矿帷幕注浆工程,重点论述了改性湖泥注浆材料、注浆工艺及其注浆效果的研究成果。研究表明:作为非工业成品材料的湖泥经加工、改性后,其各项性能达到优质注浆材料要求,其加工工艺针对非工业成品注浆材料易于推广,施工过程中浆液性能易于监测,采用改性湖泥作为主要注浆材料的城门山铜矿帷幕注浆工程取得较好的注浆堵水效果。本文针对改性湖泥所做的研究符合该行业"应地制宜、绿色环保"的政策要求,对于推动该帷幕注浆新材料研究与推广应用具有重要的借鉴意义。 The application and study of new grouting materials for the groundwater cut-off has always been the focus in the mining industry. With the case study of grouting works in Chengmengshan Copper Mine, the research results on grouting materials, technique and effect of modified lake mud are mainly discussed. As the raw material, all the performance of modified lake mud could meet the requirements of high quality grouting material. The processing technique is simple and the slurry performance in the construction process is easy to monitor. The grout cut-off curtain using modified lake mud in the Chengmenshan Cooper Mine is successful. The study conforms to the national industry policy of adjusting measures to local conditions, green development and environmental protection. It could be referred for the new grouting material study and its application.
