摘要
文中介绍作者研发的一种新型无缆静力触探设备在实际应用中遇到的各种问题及改进措施。主要关注大量程探头在软土层中的数据失真(软土层中的测试结果偏小)、大深度勘探中的拔杆困难、深度计量准确性以及探头初值温漂修正等问题。通过采用不同量程测力计分级率定、曲线分段拟合的方法,改进探杆结构,更新深度计量方法和器具,对无缆数字化探头增加温度采集和温漂自动修正功能,取得了较好效果。
Various problems encountered in the application of a new type of cableless cone penetration test device developed by the author and their solutions are introduced in this paper. It is mainly focused on the problems including data distortion of wide range probes in soft soil (the results in soft soil is smaller), difficult to extract rods in deep penetration, discrepancy in depth measurement and correction of probe initial temperature drift. The probe is calibrated by dynamometers with different ranges. Curve fitting is carried out segmentally. Probing rod is structurally improved. The method and instrument of depth measurement are updated, temperature acquisition function is added with auto-correction of temperature drift. The result is proved successful.
