摘要
目的研究高血压大鼠视网膜眼底图像的采集与分析方法,以应用于血瘀出血机制研究。方法实验分2组,对照组为20只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,模型组为20只雄性高血压大鼠(SBP≥140mm Hg),利用视网膜照相机及微循环显微镜采集视网膜图像;运用图像处理技术计算动静脉管径比(DA/DV)、出血面积等形态学参数等。结果模型组大鼠视网膜微血管数量减少,DA/DV明显减小,血液流速减慢,与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压大鼠视网膜图像存在着明显的瘀血出血现象;经图像处理后,此病理变化的图像特征可以得到清晰的量化表达。结论从微血管形态学角度,明确了高血压模型存在着血瘀出血的病理改变;同时,也为高血压血管损害与治疗效果的评判,提供了深入研究的有效方法及客观评价标准。
Objective To study the preparation and quantitative evaluation criteria of blood stasis image of hypertensive rats. Methods The rats were divided into the model group(20 male hypertensive rats,SBP ≥140 mm Hg) and the control group(20 male healthy Wistar rats). Retinal camera and mesenteric microcirculation observation system were used to perform the observation. The image processing technique was used to calculate the morphological parameters,such as the diameter ratio of artery to vein and the area of bleeding. Results The number of the retinal microvascular in the model groupdecreased,DA/DV decreased,blood flow reduced,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0. 05).Retinal images of hypertensive rats had obvious blood stasis and bleeding phenomenon; after processing,image characteristics of the pathological changes could get a clear quantitative expression. Conclusions From the perspective of microvascular morphology,there is a clear pathological changes of blood stasis model of hypertension hemorrhage. At the same time, for blood vessels and therapeutic effect evaluation,it also provides some effective methods for further research and objective evaluation criteria.
