实验室智能化管理与综合化服务研究

Research of Intelligent Laboratory Management and Integrated Service

在大数据、物联网和人工智能的时代背景下,高校实验室传统的线下管理方式已经无法满足实际要求。文章以学校教务系统的排课数据为基础,利用ETL数据集成工具打通教务系统与实验室管理之间的数据通道,设计、构建了一个智能化的实验室管理综合服务平台。平台集成了依据教学计划和排课数据而实现的实验室门禁、电源控制、设备管理和各项设备入库、报修、报失、定位、安全提醒以及实验记录等自动化功能,有助于降低实验室电能损耗,减少安全隐患,提高管理效率和水平。

Under the background of big data,internet of things and artificial intelligence, the traditional offline mode of laboratory management in colleges and universities has more and more problems, and is unable to meet the needs of teachers and students. Based on the data of educational administration system, using ETL tool to realize the channel between educational administration system and laboratory management, this paper designed and built an automation and intelligence laboratory management and service system which could realize automatic and intelligent laboratory access control, power control, device management, also equipment management, repair, reporting loss, position and the experimental records management etc. The power consumption and security risks of laboratory had been significantly reduced, the management efficiency and level of laboratory also have been imnroved.
