摘要
电子商务法课程属新兴的特别商事法课程,可被定位为法学本科市场法务模块课程或专业任选课程。其课程教学内容宜以电子商务中有别于传统商事活动的新型或特殊法律问题为重点,可以非正式合作小组研讨为锲入点开展课堂教学过程设计,合理使用多样化教学手段,组合运用多元及过程性评价,寻求落实以学生为中心的教学理念,统一"自主性、合作型、项目化、研究式"教学模式。
Compared to traditional commerce law course, e-commerce law course is new and special, as a legal module course or professional optional course in law school. For implementing the student- centered concept and unifying the "autonomy, cooperative, project, research" teaching model, the content of the course is suitable to focus on the new or special legal issues that are different from the traditional business activities in e-commerce, the classroom teaching process design could be developed by the discussion of the informal teams, the diversified teaching methods could be reasonablly used, the evaluation could be combining diversity and procedure.
