基于动态面板广义矩的不同技术创新方式对我国经济集约化发展水平的影响研究

Researches on Influence of Different Technological Innovation Methods on Development Level of China's Economic Intensity Based on Dynamic Panel Generalized Moments

不同技术创新方式对经济集约化发展水平的影响存在不确定性,故将技术创新进一步分解为原始创新、改进创新以及模仿创新,分别测度三者对全要素生产率增长的贡献情况,并用该结果衡量三种不同技术创新方式对经济集约化发展水平的影响。运用动态面板广义矩估计法对我国1995~2014年各省(市、区)数据进行实证研究。结果表明:原始创新与经济集约化发展水平的提高存在显著负相关关系;改进创新以及模仿创新与经济集约化发展水平的提高显著正相关。因此,要协调推进原始创新、改进创新以及模仿创新,处理好技术创新长期和短期的关系,有利于促进经济集约化发展水平的提高,更好地推进创新型国家建设。

The impact of different technological innovation methods on the level of economic development is uncertain. Therefore, technological innovation is further decomposed into original innovation, improved innovation and imitative innovation, respectively, to measure the contributions of all three factors to the growth of total factor productivity. The results are used to measure the impact of three technological innovations on the level of economic intensification development. The generalized moment estimation method of dynamic panel is used to study the data of provinces （cities, districts） from 1995 to 2014 in China. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the original innovation and the level of economic intensive development. The improved innovation and imitative innovation are positively correlated with the inten- sive development of economy. Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the promotion of original innovation, improved innova- tion and imitative innovation, and to deal with long-term and short - term relationships of technological innovation which is conducive to promoting the intensive development of economy and the construction of innovative countries.
