生殖器疱疹病毒感染对免疫水平和性生活的影响研究

Effects of genital herpes virus infection on immune level and sexual life

目的探索生殖器疱疹病毒感染对患者免疫水平及性生活的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2016年2月于医院接受治疗的102例生殖器疱疹病毒感染男性患者为观察组,另选取同期于医院接受体检的102例健康体检男性作为对照组。检测两组CD_3^+T、CD_4^+T、CD_8^+T、CD_4^+T/CD_8^+T、B细胞(B)及自然杀伤细胞(NK)等细胞亚群指标,并分析两组之间的差异。采用国际勃起功能障碍评价量表和国际射精功能障碍评价量表对所有研究对象的性功能进行综合评价。结果观察组患者婚前性接触68例占66.67%多于对照组35例占34.31%(P<0.05);观察组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+T分别为(60.23±11.28)%、(35.67±9.68)%、(22.39±9.23%)显著低于对照组(74.67±13.07)%、(42.11±10.32)%、(29.24±10.38)%(P<0.05);而观察组CD_4^+T/CD_8^+T(1.59±0.37)显著高于对照组CD_4^+T/CD_8^+T(1.44±0.37)(P<0.05);观察两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级勃起障碍及射精功能障碍,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论男性生殖器疱疹病毒严重影响患者免疫水平及性生活,免疫水平及性生活水平较正常健康男性低,应制定合适方案进行治疗。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of genital herpes virus infection on immune function and sexual life in patients.METHODS A total of 102 male patients with genital herpes virus infection from Jan.2014 to Feb.2016 treated in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 102 healthy men undergoing physical examination at the same period were set as control group.The subcellular markers such as CD_3^＋T,CD_4^＋T,CD_8^＋T,CD_4^＋T/CD_8^＋T,B cell（B）,and natural killer cell（NK）were detected,and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.The international erectile dysfunction scale and the international ejaculatory dysfunction evaluation scale were used to evaluate the sexual function of all the subjects.RESULTS The number of premarital sexual contact in observation group was 68 cases（66.67%）,which was more than 35 cases（34.31%）in control group（P〈0.05）.The CD_3^＋,CD_4^＋and CD_8^＋T in observation group were（60.23±11.28）%,（35.67±9.68）% and（22.39±9.23）%,which were significantly lower than（74.67±13.07）%,（42.11±10.32）%and（29.24±10.38）%in control group.The CD_4^＋T/CD_8^＋T in observation group was（1.59±0.37）,which was significantly higher than（1.44±0.37）in control group（P〈0.05）.The gradeⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ erectile dysfunction and ejaculatory dysfunction between the two groups had significant differences（all P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Male genital herpes virus seriously affects the immune level and sexual life,and immune level and sexual life level are lower than those of normal healthy men,so we should develop appropriate programs for treatment.
