摘要
苏云金芽胞杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt),是一种重要的昆虫病原细菌,对多种农业害虫包括鳞翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目、膜翅目和线虫等具有高特异杀虫活性,是迄今应用最广泛的微生物杀虫剂。本文总结了杀线虫Bt菌株的活性因子种类以及不同类的活性物质杀线虫机制的分析,能够为生物杀线剂的研究与创制提供理论基础。
Bacillus thuringiensis abbreviated as Bt, is a kind of important insect pathogenic bacteria with high specific insecticidal activity against various agricultural pests, including Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera and nematode. Bt is by far the most widely used microbial insecticide. In this paper, we summarized the types of active factors and the nematicidal mechanism, which could provide the theoretical basis for the research and development of the bio-nematicides.
