用安捷伦数据采集仪测量小电阻线圈温升的方法研究

讲述了一种小电阻线圈温升的测量方法。运用四线法测量电阻的基本原理,利用34970A安捷伦数据采集仪具有快速实时采集电压、电流的特点,测量动态的电阻,用倒推法计算出线圈断电瞬间电阻值。

This article discussed the process of measuring temperature rise of low resistance coil. Based on principle of the four lines measuring method, it takes advantage of collecting rapidly the real-time vohage ＆ electric current by Agilent data acquisition system. The method can measure dynamic resistance, and calculate resistance value by Pushover method at the moment when coil resistance power off.
