摘要
研究了电池储能系统作为火电厂黑起动电源的控制策略。首先提出了基于虚拟电阻的LC滤波型PCS的恒压恒频的双闭环控制策略,可以在负载功率因数较低的情况下,消除谐振尖峰,保证系统的稳定运行。考虑到储能系统放置在火电厂内部,电压等级较低,电阻不能忽略,传统的下垂控制策略不能适用,提出了有功无功解耦的下垂控制策略,并增加了虚拟阻抗,实现了PCS之间的功率均分。最后针对异步电机起动电流过大的问题,提出了降压软起动策略,并在Simulink平台搭建了2台PCS起动异步电机仿真模型,实现了功率均分和软起动,验证了文中控制策略的有效性。
This paper studied the control strategy of the battery energy storage system as the black start power of thermal power unit. First, the double closed-loop control strategy of LC-filter based on virtual resistance was proposed ,which can eliminate the resonance spike and ensure the stable operation of the system under the condition of low load power factor. Considering the energy storage system is placed inside the thermal power plant and the voltage level is low where the resistance can not be ignored and the traditional droop control strategy can not be applied, so the active and reactive decoupling droop control strategy was proposed, and the virtual impedance was added to achieve the average distribution of power. Finally, as the asynchronous motor starting current is too high, a step-down soft-start strategy was proposed, and the start-up asynchronous motor simulation model with two PCSs was built on the Simulink platform which realizes the average distribution and soft start and verifies the control strategy.
