摘要
采用案例研究的方法,探讨企业在不同产业环境下的战略性知识披露模式。选取3家处在不同产业生命周期的企业,通过对企业所处产业环境、战略动机以及采取的战略性策略行为的研究,总结战略性知识披露通用模式,以期为处在不同产业生命周期的企业开展战略性知识披露策略提供参考。
This paper uses the method of case study to explore the strategic disclosure of enterprises in different industrial environments. By selecting three companies in different industry life cycle, from the perspectives of the company＇s industrial environment, strategic motivation and strategic strategic action, the paper takes a summary of strategic knowledge disclosure model, so as to provide reference for enterprises to carry out strategic knowledge disclosure strategies.
