Historically,capital has assumed different forms,from commercial capital to industrial capital,and financial capital.Such transformation is a process of development from regional to global space.In this'timetravel'of capital,state has always played an important guardian role.The form of the combination of capital and state varies due to the shift of the logic of capital accumulation in different eras.When the power of capital is weak,it seeks the protection from the state power,and when capital becomes powerful enough to establish its stable rule of accumulation,it begins to restrict state power.When the power of capital becomes so concentrated and great as to restrict its own development,it tends to completely controls and take over the state and use it as its refuge.The evolutionary logic of the relationship between capital and state indicates the maturing of the governing by capital.
