新自由主义既是一套鼓吹私有化、市场化、自由化和金融去管制化的资产阶级经济学思潮,也具有强烈的政治诉求。因此,一定要警惕新自由主义政治学的严重危害性。西方自由民主制度实际上就是新自由主义意识形态的具体体现。新自由主义民主本质上是资本主义民主,具有根深蒂固的历史性、阶级性和局限性。具体来说,新自由主义民主是资本主义经济基础的政治反映,维护的是金融资产阶级的利益,它继承了传统自由主义的历史基因,强调个人主义和自由至上,以市场原则和资本逻辑为主旨,热衷于向全世界输出民主,以满足金融资本全球扩张的需要。实践证明,新自由主义民主是造成资本主义国家治理危机的根源。我们要认清新自由主义民主的本质与危害,要有坚定走中国特色社会主义民主政治发展道路的理论自觉。

Neoliberalism is not only a bourgeois economics advocating privatization,marketization,liberalization and financial deregulation,but also has a strong political appeal.Therefore,we must pay close attention to the serious threat of neoliberal politics.The Western liberal democracy is in fact the embodiment of neoliberal ideology.Neoliberal democracy is a capitalist democracy in essence,which has its historical rooted,class nature and limitations.Specifically,neoliberal democracy is the political expression of the economic base of capitalism and protects the financial interests of the bourgeoisie.It inherits the historical genes of traditional liberalism,with a stress on individualism and the priority of freedom.Based on the market principle and the logic of capital,it is keen to export democracy to other parts of the world so as to meet the demands of the global expansion of financial capital.Reality has demonstrated that neoliberalism lies in the root of the national governance crisis in capitalist countries.We should recognize the nature and danger of neoliberal democracy,and firmly maintain a theoretical consciousness of sticking to course of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.
