我国智慧农业的管理模式、问题及战略对策

The Management Pattern, the Problems and Countermeasures of Wisdom Agriculture

伴随着信息技术革命的爆发,我国第二、第三产业呈现跨越式进步,现代化农业的高级阶段——智慧农业应运而生。智慧农业不仅有助于改造升级传统农业生产方式,创新农业生产经营模式,提高农业生产的效能,更有利于农业生产的精细化智能管理,推进农业供给侧改革。但目前我国智慧农业还处于初步阶段,智慧农业发展还存在诸多问题:基础设施落后、建设资金缺口较大;缺乏复合型高素质人才;缺乏农业生产的科学技术支持;土地适度规模化经营进程缓慢。因此,加快培育经营智慧农业的高素质复合型人才,加强我国政府、企业和农户通力合作,提高我国农业科学技术研究的支持力度势在必行。

With the outbreak of the information technology revolution, the second and third industry in our country presents the rapid progress of advanced stage of modem agriculture; the wisdom agriculture arises at the historic moment. Wisdom agriculture not only helps to upgrade the traditional agricultural production mode, innovates the agricultural production and management mode, improves the efficiency of agricultural production, more conducive to the elaborating intelligent management of agricultural production, and promotes the reform of agricultural supply side. But at present our country＇s agriculture is still in the preliminary stage, there are still many problems in the wisdom agricultural development： Poor infrastructure, construction funding gap is larger; the lack of high-quality talents; lack of agricultural science and technology support; the slow process of land moderate large-scale management. Therefore, it is imperative to speed up the breeding management wisdom agriculture high-quality talents, strengthen our country government, promote cooperation between enterprises and farmers, and improve the support of agricultural science and technology research in China.
