伦理正义:公共精神培育的中国进路

Ethical Justice:The Chinese Path of Cultivating Public Spirit

培育公共精神、凝练核心价值已构成当前中国社会发展的最大共识,相应的伦理诉求多趋向于制度、秩序或规范重建,而制度、秩序与规范的有效性必须以执行者的道德正义为前提,"人—制度"的逻辑悖论又极易催生伦理正义诉求的价值陷阱。难题破解必须诉求于伦理生活中自由而自觉的道德主体,先进的中国共产党人与知识分子群体因知行合一的独特气质构成当前中国社会正义生成的伦理引擎,成为人民大众主体意识觉醒的"起搏器"。其发生与发展依赖伦理生活中的两种力量:一是以公共事件为契机的公共精神教育;二是政府主导的伦理正义体系。其中,先进群体是前提,公共事件是媒介,政府主导的价值体系是保证。

Cultivating the public spirit and concussing core value have become the biggest consensus in Chi- nese social development. Corresponding ethical appeal tends to reconstruct the system, order or norms mostly. And the validity of them should base on the moral justice of the executor. Logical paradox of ＂man and system＂ is easy to bring about the value trap for the ethical justice. The crack of this problem must turn to the free and conscious moral subject in the ethical life. Advanced China Communists and intellectuals constitute the ethical engine for the social justice in China because of their unity of knowledge and action, and become the pacemaker to arouse people＇ s consciousness of the main body. Its occurrence and development depend on the two forces in the ethical life. First- ly, the public spirit education as an opportunity for public events;Secondly, the ethical justice system which is led by the government. Among them, the advanced group is the premise, the public event is the media, the government is the guaranor.
