基于五运六气理论探讨哮病罹患倾向的关联性分析

An Analysis of the Relationship between the Tendency of Asthma and Asthma Based on the Theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic

目的:探讨哮喘患者先天运气特点与后天哮喘罹患倾向的关联性。方法:收集2016~2017年广东省中医院哮喘住院病例144例,对患者出生时的运气及发病运气进行统计分析。结果:发现出生于四之气(太阴湿土)时段者,其哮喘罹患率最高,出生于三之气(少阳相火)时段者,其罹患率最低,且两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘发病与出生年份的运气相合特点密切相关,出生在不和、天刑年者,罹患率最高;其次为顺化;小逆;同天符年;平气年;岁会年;天符年;同岁会年;而出生在太乙天符年者,罹患率最低。另外,丙申年,主气为太阳寒水,客气为厥阴风木,哮喘罹患率最高,主气为太阴湿土,客气为少阳相火时,哮喘罹患率最低。结论:哮喘的罹患与出生时的客气具有一定的关联性。

Objective To study the relationship between the five evolutive phases and six climatic and the incidence of asthma. Methods Collected 144 cases of asthma inpatients in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from 2016 to 2017anti analyze their five evolutive phases and six climatic. Results The analysis showed that asthma born in the fourth congenital Qi has high- est incidence of asthma, and born in the third of the gas has the lowest incidence, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of asthma is closely related to the birth year, born in the year of Buhe and Tianxing , has the highest inci- dence; followed by a year of Shunhua , Xiaoni, Tong Tianfu, Pingqi, Suihui, Tian Fu, Taiyi Tianfu. In addition, the highest inci- dence of asthma in Bingshen year was the main gas with Taiyang Hanshui, and Keqi with Jueyin Fengmu. The main gas for Taiyin Shi- tu and the Keqi for Shaoyang fire was the lowest incidence of asthma. Conclusion The incidence of asthma is related to the Keqi at birth.
