装有滴水盘的超低温阀门阀盖结构优化分析 被引量:7

摘要 对阀盖处装有滴水盘的超低温阀门进行传热分析,推导出滴水盘及阀盖的温度场,得出在保证填料温度大于0℃时长颈阀盖最小长度的计算方法;并利用此数学模型,分析了导热系数、滴水盘的尺寸及安装数量等因素对长颈阀盖最小长度的影响,得出通过增加滴水盘数量、降低导热系数可以有效缩短阀盖的最小长度. The heat transfer of super-cryogenic valve with drain-tray at its bonnet was analyzed,the temperature field within the bonnet and drain-tray was derived,the calculation method of the minimum length of long-neck bonnet was obtained to assure the packing temperature being greater than 0℃.And its mathematical model was utilized to analyze the effects of several factors such as thermal conductivity,size and quantity of drain-tray,etc,on the minimum length of the long-neck bonnet.Therefore,it was concluded that increasing the number of drain-tray and decreasing the thermal conductivity of the bonnet could effectively shorten its minimum length.
