摘要
海藻因其生境特殊、代谢独特,是潜力巨大的天然药源之一。本文对青岛海域常见的海黍子、鼠尾藻、酸藻三株大型褐藻利用不同极性溶剂洗脱、薄板层析和高效液相色谱进行了化学筛选,为海洋药源研发提供可靠的实验基础。
Because of its habitat special and unique metabolism,seaweed is a huge potential of one of the natural medicine.In this paper,three typical large-scale brown algae in Qingdao coastal areas,such as Sagassum kjellmanianum,Sargassum thunbergii and Desmarestia viridis,were chemically screened by different polar solvents,thin plate chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography,which provided a reliable experimental basis for marine drug source research and development.
