摘要
本文研究了以水杨酸络合钯为前躯体,制备出具有较高反应活性的曲美他嗪合成用Pd/C催化剂,并对其结构进行表征。结果表明:与常规氯亚钯酸钠前驱体相比,经水杨酸络合可以有效的抑制Pd核的聚集,有利于Pd在活性炭表面的分散,提高了活性组分Pd的利用率,故在曲美他嗪合成中表现出良好的催化性能。
Pd/C catalyst for the synthesis of trimetazidine with high reactivity was prepared with salicylic acid complexed with palladium,and its structure was characterized.The results showed that the aggregation of Pd nuclei can be effectively inhibited by salicylic acid complexation compared with the conventional sodium chlorophenadate precursors,which was beneficial to the dispersion of Pd on the surface of activated carbon and improved the utilization of the active components of Pd,and the Pd/C catalyst showed good catalytic performance in the synthesis of trimetazidine.
