化学与化工创新实践基地育人模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Educating Model in the Innovative Practice Base of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

提升学生工程实践能力和创新实践能力是当今高等教育人才培养的主要议题之一,创新实践基地理念的提出和实施促进了高校在育人模式方面的变革,提升了学生参与第二课堂的覆盖率和积极性,改变了以往课外实践教学分散的局面,形成了一个较为统一的整体。本文以丽水学院化学化工创新实践基地为案例,介绍了本实践基地的现状及教学理念,进一步阐述了本实践基地的架构及育人模式探索经验,最后对实践基地成效做了总结。经过两年多的实施,化学与化工创新实践基地在运行机制方面已经探明了一条行之有效的方法,在学生育人成才方面也取得了较好的成绩。

Improvement on innovative practice and engineering practice abilities of students is one of main themes in talent cultivation of higher education.The proposal and implement on the concept of innovative practice base facilitate reformation on educating model of university and improve coverage rate and enthusiasm of students in second classrooms.It also changes disperse situation in practical teaching in the past and forms a more unified whole.In this paper,a case in the innovative practice base of chemistry and chemical engineering in Lishui university is analyzed and discussed.Firstly,the current situation and teaching idea is introduced,and then the organization framework and exploration experience in educating model are discussed,and at last the achievement is summed.By the implement of two years,a efficient method to run the innovative practice base of chemical and chemical engineering have been obtained and some good goals are achieved.
