摘要
根据CRH5G型高寒抗风沙动车组运行环境、气候工况及线路特点实际情况,以目前修程修制为基础,通过对动车组非金属部件、润滑部件、走行部关键零部件、磨耗部件及散热、过滤部件检修维护周期进行研究,提出了完善和优化建议方案,为降低零部件寿命周期内维护保养费用,发挥最大效能提供科学依据;同时,提出了高寒抗风沙动车组关键零部件维护检修研究的侧重点和发展方向,对提升检修技术水平、提高动车组运用效率有很大帮助.
Based on the working environment,climate condition and characteristics of the railway,and the current maintenance program,this article provides a thorough and optimized solution based on the research of repairment and maintenance period of non-metallic parts,lubrication parts,key system parts,wear parts and heat dissipation,filter components.This article helps to reduce the whole cost of maintenance cycle of the components,as well as provides a scientific basis for maximum effectiveness.Meanwhile,the article puts forwards a research emphasis and development direction in the area of key parts maintenance,which will generate the maintenance technology and improve the operation efficiency.
