摘要 医生人文教育的缺乏是当前患者就医获得感差和医患关系矛盾的一个主要原因。医学人文教育是医学教育不可或缺的重要组成部分,对于刚进入临床的医学研究生来说,人文教育要从实践中抓起。当下研究生人文教育的问题在于:医院和学生的重视程度都不够、人文教育方式方法及考评机制存在弊端、课程设置缺乏系统性完整性及教学机制不完善等。解决这些问题的主要方法有:在人文教育体制和机制上创新、加强学生心理健康教育并充分调动师生积极性、开展全程医学人文教育,改革传统医学教学方法、强化考评机制。 The lack of medical humanityeducation is the main reason for the poor medical treatment and the contradiction between doctors and patients. Medical humanistic education is an indispensable part of medical education. For the clinical postgraduates who just entering the clinical work, the education should start from practice. The problem of humanistic education in postgraduate students are as follows. hospitals and students are not enough attention. the methods and evaluation mechanisms of humanistic education have drawbacks. the curriculum is lacking in systematic integrity anddefects of administrative mechanism. However, the main effects to solve these problems are as follows. improve the system and mechanisms for education. strengthen students' mental health education and mobilize teachers' enthusiasm fully. carry out the whole procedure medical humanistic education. reform traditional medical teaching methods. strengthen the evaluation mechanism.
