奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia

目的:分析奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取医院收治的70例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组将患者分为对照组和观察组,分别给予利培酮和奥氮平治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的77.1%;另外,观察组的不良反应发生率为20.0%,明显低于对照组的42.9%(P<0.05)。结论:应用奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症,临床疗效较好,不良反应较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of olanzapine in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia. Methods： Seventy patients with first episode schizophrenia were enrolled in hospital. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping. Risperidone and nitro Ping treatment, observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The total effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（77.1%）. In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.0%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（42.9%）. Conclusion： The application of olanzapine in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia, clinical efficacy is good, less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
