他汀类药物联合阿司匹林预防脑卒中复发的meta分析

Meta analysis of statins combined with aspirin in preventing stroke recurrence

目的:探讨他汀类药物联合阿司匹林预防脑卒中复发作用。方法:检索中国期刊网数据中关于他汀类药物联合阿司匹林与阿司匹林基础治疗预防脑卒中复发的RCT相关文献,用Cochrane协作网提供的Revman 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇RCT文献,其中他汀类药物联合阿司匹林治疗患者共714例,复发率7.56%,阿司匹林基础治疗患者共714例,复发率21.85%,差异有统计学意义;OR(odd,ratio)值为0.29(95%CI:0.21~0.40,P值<0.00001),漏斗图未表现明显偏倚。结论:他汀类药物联合阿司匹林预防脑卒中复发有效率更高。

Objective：To investigate the effect of statins combined with aspirin on prevention of stroke recurrence in randomized controlled trials. Methods： Chinese journal net database were searched to screen out randomized controlled trials of statins combined with aspirin and aspirin in treatment of stroke.The data were analyzed by using Revman 5.3 software. Results： 9 studies were included（714 patients in regimen Statins combined with Aspirin and 714 patients in regimen Aspirin）The total recurrence rate in two groups were 7.56% and 21.85% and the difference was significant（ OR=0.29 95%CI：0.21-0.40, P0.00001）.Funnel plot showed no significant bias. Conclusion： Statins combined with aspirin were more effective in preventing recurrence of stroke.
